Local rubber distributor is seeking talented, ambitious, self-motivated individual (including new or recent college graduates) for a sales opportunity.
Implementing and increasing company industrial rubber sales while working under the supervision of the BOD.
Direct the development of Industrial rubber market and sales strategies.
Responsible for direct sales process and achieving sales targets while working under limited supervision
Maintain key accounts and support long-term customer relationships.
Plan and organize sales programs, and achievement of planned sales objectives.
Participate directly in high level/key account sales situations.
Provide information updates on customer and market conditions for company's strategic products and market development process.
Develop marketing plans and leads the implementation of programs for marketing and sale of company rubber products/services.
Provide adequate and complete internal information for proper manufacturer and material supply development.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or sales administration experience.
Proven record of effort driven success
Interest regarding the industrial rubber business
Strong technical aptitude and verbal/written communication skills
Strong organizational skills.
Strong negotiating skills.
Problem-solving aptitude as well as
Excellent leadership, negotiation and time management skills.
